It is with great excitement that we reopen Sanchez Cantina's doors on the 22nd of may. We have been closely following the recommendations and guidelines issued by our Government and are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the good health and safety of our staff and guests.
On behalf of everyone at Sanchez, we thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this time. We're back - and we look forward to seeing you, feeding you and sharing our passion with you.

Man kan også teste køkkenets fulde repertoire med en tasting-menu, der skifter dagligt.
Vi serverer kun menuen Favorite Servings til reservationer af 8 eller flere mennesker.
At Sanchez, we only use Maiz Criollo. We obtain this corn from small producers in Mexico who use traditional agricultural techniques to grow organic and sustainable harvest. The seeds have been passed down generations and vary from region to region. The farmers grow for themselves and sell the extra corn. We work with organisations like Traspatio Maya (non-profit) and Aga Productora to help achieve this. These organisations provide the small producers with technical assistance and help with selling their product at a fair price, hereby developing their communities. At Sanchez, we believe in being socially responsible in the way we source and represent the ingredients that come from Mexico. Without them, we could not do what we do.

On Saturdays and Sundays, we serve brunch from 11.00-14.45 (kitchen closes at 13:45)
