The Corn
At Sanchez, we only use indigenous Heirloom varieties of corn
We buy this corn from several communities in Mexico
who use traditional farming practices to grow a sustainable, organic crop.
We believe in being socially responsible in the way we
source and represent the ingredients that come from Mexico.
Without them, we could not do what we do.
